Home Decorators sucks so far…… – Ryan Kee –
I ordered the Hida Bed Eastern King, along with the Dresser/mirror, dresser and nightstand. Crazy expensive “freight charges”, then more shipping charges on top of that. This order was on 7 Jul 08. I received two emails: (1) 0 customer rewards to be used on website in certain timeframe. (2) Order confirmation – indirect shipping from ‘vendor’ expected to be on 14 Jul 08. Ok. On 20 Jul 08, I receive an email that says the order has been delayed, and it expects to ship 19 Aug 08! So, of course, I call them, explain the problem, ask why it is delayed. They put me on hold to check on it, and then tell me nothing new – that it is backordered from the vendor. I couldn’t seem to get any clearer info than it may ship sooner. I am going to call in a week, and if nothing has changed, I am going to demand that I get the ‘vendor’s’ direct contact info. I want my furniture dangit!

I have read many reviews online that some people have had to wait up to 6 months!!!!! I will post another review when I get updated. READ ALL REVIEWS ON HOMEDECORATORS ONLINE FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!!!
